Whatever you do, can you *please* put it in the room booking diary as
other people do use that room in the evenings (for example I have
WellDeveloped and Gliding club committee meetings) and it's bloody
annoying when you turn up for a meeting that has properly booked the
room and find wellylug in there already even though I've put an entry
in the book a month in advance.
