Well... if you don't go for long-term support you're pretty much
going to have a re-install for the next upgrade.  If that's what
you're after, by all means (not that I like Edgy much myself, I
find the use of upstart to replace init rather unfortunate, and
found that with Edgy many things don't work fproperly for me;
that said:  I don't like Ubuntu much, full stop ;}).
