[wellylug] Configuring firewall

Ok I have 4 computers on a network 1 with XP which is for the kids and
the rest running suse and kubuntu, now I want to be able to restrict
access on the xp pc and the one running suse to only allow access to the
internet as in web browsing and email access. Is it possible to do this
through the router itself? that way I dont have to worry about anyone
changing settings.

The router is a Dlink G604T, I have emailed DLink regarding this but
have not heard back from them.
