Did you scan locally (i.e. inside your firewall/router)?  Your router  
may be blocking outside attempt to contact port 80.

Having port 80 open without anything running on it is strange,  
methinks. You sure there is nothing there?  i.e. try: telnet  
127.0.0.1 80
