[wellylug] Postfix user rights

Hello Daniel
As always I should have RTFM before posting, anyway, after correcting
sendmail_path in php.ini I still get the same error in mail.log.
I have not found any ref to this in streber, but it may well rewrite the
value of sendmail_path.

Anyway thanks a lot for that. It does confirm my thoughts.
