Well, despite never having to use C at work, the programming forums I 
frequent are still pretty much C-oriented, followed by probably Python 
and C++.  Maybe because it is still taught as an "introduction" language 
at schools/uni.  Also, a lot of (particularly Linux) resources are still 
written targeting C (NeHe's, gtk, etc.)
