[wellylug] OpenBSD uvm_fault

Hi, Joe,
Thanks for your great hint. The uvm_fault happens ramdonly (the last
time is it was I upload the large files into the ftp server on the
obsd box). the booting is ok.
I remember when I installed obsd4.0 without IDE drives, I failed to
install on 5 scsi drives at a time at the last stage of making inode.I
had to install a drive first,then mount the rest scsi drives on the
root. and it will run smooth except the ramdon uvm_fault.
I dont know where to check the log, cause /var/log/messge says nothing
after reboot.

yet, I will try to disable pciide after reading the website you gave.
but just dont know if it has any downside.
