[wellylug] Telstraclear Internet Bill

if you use Telstraclear internet (ie: cable) you probably received a
scary bill.
(eg: http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=44&topicid=13442)

Don't worry, it's such a screw up in their accounting system, so you (in
theory) won't be charged for that. :-)
