sorry, I sent that a bit early by mistake - seems if you hit CTL+ENTER
at the same time, it will send the email in Evolution. :-/

Just going to add, that you don't need to worry about sections like how
to configure bootscripts - all modern distributions do that sort of
stuff for you - you just need to look at the sections on how to
create/manage the RAID and LVM devices.
