I'm afraid development has slightly more sinister connotations than this.
Whilst there's no denying that pinpointing an accident with precision is a
desirable benefit, the main driver is road pricing. This is expected to be as
high as £1.40 per mile in the UK once Gallileo and the supporting infrastructure
is in place.
