which one's better? does it make a difference?

should i assume that "G" means GB (giga-byte) not Gb (giga-bit)? even 
though the speeds are given in Mb/s.

do they calculate [K,M,G]bytes as multiples of 1000 or 1024?

do they offer a way to monitor how many bytes have been transfered for the 
billing cycle? or should i monitor that myself? or should i monitor that 
myself, anyway?
