yep i agree. no isp, including xnet is going to cut you off for simply 
using p2p.

i was making sure everyone knew that xnet is one of the few isps that 
bothers to enforce that part of their terms and conditions.

i have spoken to a guy who worked for 2 major NZ ISPs, and his job 
involved ignoring emails like that.
