[wellylug] Update to meeting reminder emails

hi all,

as per popular demand, I have changed the meeting reminder emails to
send out reminders a day before the meeting.

I have also added proper unsubscribe information to comply with the new
anti-spam act.


And if you want to receive meeting reminders, but aren't currently
getting them, you just need to create an account on the website, and
enable the meeting reminder feature here:
http://www.wellylug.org.nz/index.php?page=user/user-account.php
