[wellylug] telstraclear nz usage reporting script

thanks for the script jethro... i just got an email from tcl letting me know
I am five blocks over my limit for this month, with half the month left to
go! while this script may not make me be more sensible in my usage, it can
at least let me know more often how i should cut my usage down a bit ;)
