A small dedicated team would be needed to organise an expo, and TBH, I
don't think there is that team - well, within Wellylug at least.

I'd like to help, but I certainly wouldn't have the time to be able to
organise something like this - I imagine there would be a few people in
this situation.

To be able to secure sponsorships, etc, a registered organisation would
be needed, NZOSS would be well placed for that.

It would make sense to combine all these events.
