[wellylug] Administrivia: Wellylug Buy/Sell/Exchange mailing list

I had noticed that the wellylug buy/sell/exchange list hadn't been working
for a while (no one complained to me, so perhaps no one cared, or perhaps
they complained to someone else ;-), so I've finally re-created it using a
proper mailman mailing list system.  You can now subscribe/unsubscribe via a
webpage as well as archaic email messages.  As there has been some time
since the list was working, I have just sent previous subscribers an
'invite' instead of automatically re-subscribing them.

No archive of the list is kept, and replies to postings are directed to the
sender of the original posting rather than the list.

You can also make such adjustments via email by sending a message to:

  Wlug_trade-request at list.afraid.org

with the word `help' in the subject or body (don't include the
quotes), and you will may get back a message with instructions, if I've set
things correctly.
