Well since you found it on kent terrace outside embassy I would assume
central police station on victoria street would be the best place to
go. Been there a number of times including once when my mobile slipped
out of my pocket and some kind person dropped it into victoria street.
The officer on duty rang "home" out of my phone address book and I
went in and picked it up.
If I had found a charger my two options would either be the bin as it
is a low cost item with no chance of emotional attachment or taking it
to the police station
I can't believe so much time has been wasted talking about it
