FYI, the NZ repositories both appear to carry the Ubuntu security
distribution. The appropriate entries in /etc/apt/sources.list or
equivalent are:
Citylink:
  deb http://nz.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu feisty-security main
restricted universe multiverse

Ihug:
  deb http://nz2.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu feisty-security main
restricted universe multiverse

(Change 'feisty' to match your release - both mirrors have dapper, hardy
and gutsy security updates).

Check which of these is closer and/or faster, and use the appropriate
entry in your sources list. For me, ihug is closer to xtra, so I have
added the Ihug entry to /etc/apt/sources.list.

To get other updates, I suggest that you also add the updates
repositories (feisty-updates and feisty-backports) as well as
feisty-security, for updates that are not security-related. Again, the
NZ mirrors have all the supported releases.

For all repositories, you can also get the source archives, by adding a
'deb-src' entry to match the binary 'deb' line.
