[wellylug] Default email account for Ubuntu servers

I use Postfix on a Debian server, and definitely need to use
/etc/aliases and newaliases, so no, I don't think it's a sendmail thing
only.

Ubuntu seems to use Dovecot? newaliases is a sendmail thing isn't it, or
does Dovecot or whatever Ubuntu Server supplies need that? Exim doesn't.
