[wellylug] Fedora 12 and Huawei E220 3G Modems

hi all,

I just upgraded to Fedora 12 in the weekend (it's an awesome release
BTW) however found I was unable to get my Huawei E220 3G Modem to stay
connected, I could connect for a couple of seconds before the connection
would be lost.

(The E220 is also known as the older chunkier "Vodem" sold by Vodafone.)


Fortunately, there is an easy fix which you can apply to fix it - I've
