Not directly, virtualisation doesn't provide filesystem interpretation,
the guest OS has to be able to understand the filesystem type in order
to read it.


In order to read XFS from a Windows guest, you would have to mount the
XFS filesystem on the host and share via SMB to the guest.

The RAID status doesn't affect the guest, since that is handled by the
underlying host OS.
