hi Jonathan,

You will find the manuals in help/manuals/, including installation
instructions.

It seems I need to make it easier to find, so I'll stick a copy of the
manuals online as well on the download page.

I'll be listing it on various sites to increase exposure.

Patches are always welcome - there is information on how to contribute
patches in the help/docs/CONTRIBUTIONS document.
