Anyone with an interest in Open Source and GIS/mapping/spatial data management may be interested in attending this event (though I imagine most are already aware of it :-)

Planning is still in the early days, as you'll see from the program, but based on the success of the 2007 & 2008 events, it should be well worth attending.
