The only restriction is that you must email from the email address that
is subscribed to the mailing list, otherwise it gets moderated (or
deleted?)

That restriction is in place to stop spammers emailing the list.


This email appeared to come through ok though, so not sure what problem
you are having. Are you getting any bounce messages or error reports
from your MTA?
