iSERVE are towing the line, as they should.  Some time ago (ye gads - 
nearly 3 years) I blogged (read: ranted) about seeming to come across 
.nz's with invalid registration details on them on a regular basis[1].  So 
all of the above is true, and quite legally appropriate.

I actually enquired with the DNC once and was told I could use terminology 
like 'on behalf of x' within the 'Registrant' box. In case that helps.
