[wellylug] DNS renewal

Worth now flagging that each TLD has its own processes.  simpleurl.com != 
ccTLD, where the ccTLD is subject to local (NZ) policies.

I'm not familiar with how the com/net/org space is managed, but I do have 
memories of some really frustrating Network Solutions type mechanisms from 
about 6 years ago... (one would hope things improve in that sorta 
timeframe...)
