hi all,
Thanks to all those who attended last nights meeting, had some good
talks and interesting discussion. :-)
RED HAT TRAINING
Auldhouse stated that if a number of people here are interested in doing
any Red Hat training, they could offer some group discounts.
If you are keen, email me off list and I'll assemble a list of people
who are interested.
(I've already got RHCE but happy to coordinate getting a group together)
GENERAL LINUX TRAINING
A few people at last night's meeting expressed interest in the
possibility of doing general Linux training, such as how to configure
various services (samba, apache, mailservers, etc).
Such a course would be aimed at users wanting to run their own servers
but who don't want to go for the goal or expense of getting RHCE.
If you would be interested in this sort of training, please give me an
email off-list so I can see if there are sufficient numbers to justify
running a course.
regards,
jethro
