Just been through all the variations at the server command prompt. It 
produced error messages but I finally got it to work. The server 
restarted moments ago.

 From here on I cannot see if the system is serving up pages yet. It 
would help if you could visit the site to confirm the service is 
functioning properly. Please use the link in my footer.
