As an aside, you might also like to try the following stanza in her user.js:

// ** This reclaims memory from application on minimise **
user_pref("config.trim_on_minimize", true);

Despite claims of fixing all the memory leaks in Firefox, I've found it
necessary to use it myself since the 2.0.x release days (I'm currently using
3.6.x).  A quick minimise when it starts to feel sluggish can make it more
sprightly with minimal disruption. YMMV.
