[wellylug] diskless headless

I've been running a diskless MythTV frontend for about 7 years.  It runs
fine.

How grunty the server needs to be will depend on how much NFS type
traffic you'll be generating.  But I'd imagine with 5 nodes anything
even remotely modern will be sufficient.

I use Debian, but again, most distros will allow you to network boot
from.  Part of the issue is having some tools to manage the shared
image, and then the components that need to be customised per node.

The tools which I use have long since been deprecated by the
maintainers.  :(
