[wellylug] GPS Maps on Android Phone

Not exactly Welly Lug related but at least in the same ballpark, but done
some work getting the NZ Open GPS Maps working on my wifes Android phone
which has a GPS Built in.  Posted it up on the NZ Open GPS Forum.
