[wellylug] Only one of three ethernet cards works at a time

I very much doubt that it's necessary to reinstall to get the cards
to appear/disappear.  The first thing you may want to check is
whether they all show up in 'lspci'; the next thing to check is
which modules are being pulled.

As for configuration: I don't do ubuntu, and have no idea how
the default networkmangler handles such situations, but in a
standard debian install you could just add entries for the extra
cards in /etc/network/interfaces
