Linux might handle the format, I don't know. But finding an appropriate
drive might be hard - and you'd want to be sure the heads are in
reasonable condition, so you don't damage your media.
I'd try universities. I know Vic have/had some old tape drives that got
used from time to time to recover data from obsolete tapes for various
local companies.
