Thanks Daniel, I think that is the best way to go.
VUW Information Technology Sevices (previously known
as the Computer Centre) has disposed of its 3" FD's,
and Massey apparently keeps similar functions at Auckland
and Palmerston Nth.
Can you suggest a time and place where I might pick it up for a few days ?
