I understand there can be philosophical objections and things, but I 
agree we wouldn't be doing ourselves any favours by closing any 
mainstream doors[1].  I have a Facebook account and would be happy to 
offer to manage a WellyLUG page if we decide that we should have one.

[1] Although I do believe that anyone who is interested in going so far 
to attend a LUG meeting is aware of LUGs in concept and will find their 
local LUG before it finds them.
