[wellylug] [Pgug] WellyLUG rekindling

Not having an account is no problem. It isn't a requirement to use
it for this group, just an option for connectivity (which some people
seem to be taking offence to). There will still be a mailing list, and
a website, and hopefully an IRC channel.
