Stacks of results when one google searches for 'cisco books nz'.

Also there's usually at least one good supplier of 'technical' books in 
each major city? Techbooks come to mind, but they're in Auckland.

Also at CCNA level, even a 5 year old book is going to be pretty close 
to what you'll need. It'll get you 80% there I would think. There is 
plenty of online training material also.
