[wellylug] Movie titles with Javascript

Further to our discussion of movie-making tonight, this is the
Javascript jQuery plugin I knocked together to generate title sequences
with HTML/CSS and animate them with Javascript.

The examples include a script using PhantomJS ( http://phantomjs.org/ )
to render frames to PNG files and then assemble into a movie with
ffmpeg/avconv.
