Well ... suse has been making things super hard for running a Nvidia 
driver. By default you get the pathetic nouveau which is nowhere close 
to what one can expect from a Linux box.
So is Debian Stable, but ... it's eventually easy to get your nvidia 
installed.
Having said that Intel CPUs have the graphics bits integrated.
This is another discussion though :-)
