[wellylug] Administriva: list VM upgraded

Since I had some time this afternoon, I've upgraded the OS on the VM 
that (amongst other things) hosts the Wellylug mailing list from Debian 
6 (Squeeze) to Debian 7 (Wheezy).  Amongst other things this brought in 
a new version of Mailman (the mailing list software).

AFAICT the upgrade went smoothly.  But if anyone notices any new issues 
with, eg, posting to the mailing list please let me know directly.
