[wellylug] Gogoc IPV6 client on Ubuntu 15.04 Vivid

Is anyone using this combination? I can't get it to work using the start 
up scripts.

It appears to start and then stops. The tun device is never activated. 
Ubuntu 15.04 uses systemd, so I rebooted using Upstart and the issue is 
the same. (So it isn't a systemd or Upstart issue). Gogoc doesn't seem 
to be mentioned in either the systemd or Upstart configurations. It has 
a SysV type start up script. The log shows it starting (apparently 
successfully) then immediately doing a Tunnel tear down.

I've discovered that if I start the client from the command line it all 
works. While I could start it manually or cobble together my own start 
up script, I'd rather find out what is going wrong.
