I did the natcoll linux course, & found that it ranged from beginner to intermediate. If you want to learn about apache, samba, nfs & other topics, this would teach you what you need to know. If you know how to do all this, wait for an intermediate level course.

It's indepth, but aimed at people who want to start learning about system admin under linux, so it could be a bit to basic in some parts for more advanced people.
