If not use the command lspci to find out if your modem is HSF or HCF.<BR>
You can then go to:</FONT><BR>

<FONT SIZE="3">to download a rpm for mandrake 9.1.<BR>
<BR>
You must install the rpm via the terminal as root.
<PRE>su -
<root password>
cd <where the file is>
rpm -i <modem rpm></PRE>
It sometimes takes a while to install. After it's installed, set the modem to use to /dev/modem.<BR>
The only problem is that you will probably not get support for some of the voice & maybe fax functions....<BR>
