I'm less than impressed with the move they made to the new
plans. I tried to go from my old 5gig 2mb/256k plan to the
new 10gig 2mb/2mb ones and it's been an exercise in
pain. I had my netconnection cut off for 4
days. During this time events such as me being assigned a new IP
that had *already* been given to another customer occurred.
Each tech I talked to gave me fresh excuses and blaimed my pc before
finally being forced to accept it was their end after I showed them it
not working when connected to multiple pcs. Even now
it's still stuffed up - I'm not being shown my current traffic usage on
the data usage page so I can't tell how much I've got left this month.

For all of this there have been no appologies or offers of some sort of
compensation. I've just about had enough. I now
thanks to that have a woosh connection as a backup and will be going
over to Orcon/Telecom when I next move flats.

Does that mean I would be forced off my glorious 256kbps/10GiB plan onto
one of these crummy new ones? Nooooo....

But then again, I'm moving in a week to non-cable-land so I don't really
care. But it's nice to think I might have had reason to be upset...
