I've used the kppp wizard for paradise dialup as well, disable
the accounting rules though as from memory that gave
errors. Check your user is a member of the dialout group. Also you can
query the modem in kppp to test it without dialling. Don't have the
modem speed set above 115200. You may need to make kppp setuid to have
the correct permissions.<br>
