<p>New Zealanders who missed out on the Google Summer of Code can,<br>
starting Friday, apply to be a part of the second New Zealand one, run<br>
during our summer! Its a programming opportunity for all hot coders out<br>
there, and a really good chance for students to get into the workforce!<br>
<br>
Last year SilverStripe choose two comp sci students, Andrew,<br>
and Jeremy, who continue to be paid to work on our open source cms/<br>
framwork project. There's a range of organisations that you can choose<br>
to work with, and preference goes to Wellington based people.<br>
<br>
Come to the Victoria University IT Careers Expo and look for the<br>
Creative HQ Summer of Code stall. Friday noon to 2pm. Table 22, Level<br>
2, Cotton Building, Kelburn Campus.<br>
