Find out if the machine has really hung or not :-) When you press Caps
Lock, do the keyboard lights change? Yes
Press Control-Alt-F1 -- this will hopefully give you a text-based
login prompt, you'll need to provide your username and password again. Yes this works but passwords are incorrect. I think perhaps the passwords I put in are corrupt.
