Don't worry, we forgive you :)

How do other societys do it?
Currently the lug owns a portable hard drive, but that's all the assets
I'm aware of.

Donations are good, as they allow people to give money to help us, and
it's not composary. If someone has a 2 hour install, they will probley
feel gratefull to the installer, and a donation is a cheap, and usefull
way,to say thanks.

I feel that any event outside of the lug, even if it is by lug members,
should be payed for by the people attending. eg: curry night - some
people (like me) hate curry, and would not want wellylug funds going
towards it.

Lug money should be spent on something to benfit all members, which is
linux or computer related. (eg: portable hard disk to store images,
comercial webhosting (if we didn't have Ewen), etc)

Man, I just love a great debate, ;)

PS:
Meeting events sound good. Jamie, you might want to list the meeting
events on the site (I've listed the reg engine demo).
