OK, the Using pitch can be trimmed or expanded at will so I can get it to
fit whatever is needed. Not quite at first cut stage yet but when it is I
wouldn't mind getting someone to review it.. do I post it online somewhere
or would the wellylug meeting on monday be ok?

Given you are doing demo installs every hour then the Installation pitch
can be reduced to hardware/partitioning/dual boot considerations which
would bring it back down to the 20 minute range. As you are doing demo
installs would a projector/screen be useful for that? Save having a bunch
of people huddled round a monitor?

I have no idea what the room layout is so it may be physically impossible
to do but the offer is there.
