It's OK,

JamieD handed it to Daniel on an interim basis.

Given that you have confirmed your interest, were first to offer, and
regularly contribute to helping organise wellylug events such as
meetings and the installfest as well as help with doing videos of
presentations, personally I don't see any reason as to why Daniel should
not pass on the information ASAP (which he has OK'ed already)

As I suggested if there are no objections by Friday, and we have rough
consensus, then Daniel should pass the "keys" over to you on Friday
Lunchtimish..

One thing that we need to confirm is that you are confident in managing
MailMan - the list manager that I believe is used.
